Curator's Collection

Years of fieldwork in Mathare, Kakuma and Dadaab taught me one thing, talent has no postcode.

This collection brings together artists and artisans from Kenya’s informal settlements who transform what others discard into something extraordinary. The glass pieces you see here began as wine bottles. In the hands of a local Kenyan artisan, they became something you want on your table.

Through StudioShop Seen, a percentage of every sale goes directly to the makers funding their craft, amplifying their stories, and creating real employment where it matters most.

Nothing here was wasted. Everything here was someone’s hands.

Scan. Read. Buy. Change someone’s story.
